Hear from Matthew Fleming, CEO of NPose, as he discusses his hopes for the business and motivations for pursuing entrepreneurship in the modelling industry.

Seeking to alleviate the risks of mistreatment, fraud and job insecurity for models, Matthew is developing NPose to streamline the modelling process - ensuring equal opportunities and increased safety for models, businesses, and those working on independent gigs or projects.

We aim to reduce costs for businesses relying on scouting agencies and provide a more diverse range of models for their marketing needs. Likewise we want to make sure models get their fair share and reduce the entry difficulties for aspiring models by removing unnecessary intermediaries and instead fostering direct and transparent communication between models and businesses.

NPose wants to ensure the safety of our models through a strict verification process for businesses to ensure job listings are transparent and reliable. Similarly, models can verify themselves through our app to reduce business’ concerns about moving to a fully online hiring forum. We also hope to partner with trustworthy modelling agencies and scouts to reach out to successful models for longer-term work.

Right now the app is in early development and our priority is getting feedback from you to make sure we can implement everything we need to ensure it is trustworthy, reliable, and useful from the moment it is released. We also want to build a network of interested models, businesses, and agencies so that we can go public with an immediate diverse range of models and modelling opportunities, so if you are interested please reach out to our senior management team.
