NPose is a next generational modelling platform with the goal of connecting models and businesses alike. Through digital tools it looks to redefine the industry and its operation to be more accessible and transparent for all involved.
Operating a streamlined portfolio system, verified bookings and AI-driven preference matching, NPose simplifies the once unnecessary manual process of unsubstantial back and forth and faltering deals. Models are given defined opportunities without hassle and brands find their desired models faster than ever, both saving from an often inflated commission fee. A fair, data driven ecosystem would allow the growth of modelling careers to anybody and make hiring easier than ever for brands looking for exposure on their products.

Matthew Fleming
Founder and CEO
Background in client-facing roles including hospitality and sales, with hands on experience in negotiation, relationship management and trust based transactions. Currently studying Politics with International Relations (BA) at the University of Reading. Founded the company to address transparency and cost issues in the modelling industry.
Thomas Iredale
Founder and VP of Sales
Currently studying Entrepreneurship & Business at the University of Portsmouth. From early life Tom has had a mindset dedicated to self improvement and various strong business ideologies. Taking skills garnered from logistics working, he has spent time at length, to understand the psychology, reasonings and demand of a buyer, to truly encapsulate what makes a phenomenal product. The last few years, time has been spent improving communication capabilities, only fuelled by education and hands on experience, to truly drive the customer to experience the best outcome for them. Looking to the future, Tom hopes to expand this skill and drive it to all corners of the company.

Founder and Director
Currently studying BA Accounting & Finance at the University of Portsmouth. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and corporate management, Uzoka brings a commercially driven mindset to the leadership of the company. His academic background supports informed decision-making, financial planning, and sustainable growth, while his entrepreneurial vision drives the company’s long-term direction and operational oversight.
Kartikeya Anand
Financial Manager
Studying Maths with Finance & Investment Banking at the University of Reading, developing a fundamental understanding in data analysis, financial modelling and critical thinking - vital characteristics for such an environment. Joined the team, due to a self interest in the modelling industry, as well as personal development in high-performance requiring environments.
